Our mission here at Kiki's Playland is to help our pet parrots to find their forever home. We strive to help owners and their pets in any way we can. we understand that caring for a parrot is not an easy task, it takes a lot of knowledge and patients. We also have supplied a forever home for a number of parrots. ​ Kiki’s is a 501(c)(3) non-profit status. As a non-profit, we hope to give parrot owners a place to learn what is involved with owning a parrot before they take on the responsibility rather that after. Through educating the public before the purchase of a parrot, we hope the need for rescue will decrease. But the truth is, there will always be the impulse buyer, or the owner passing away leaving a parrot looking for a new home or people moving and not wanting to take their pets. Kiki’s will be here to assist owner that need to surrender their birds to new homes.​ Kiki’s offers a wide variety of assistance when it comes to your pet birds. We strive to help educate and provide resources with behavior and special needs birds, or first-time parrot owners. Kiki's also offers boarding for your parrots long and short-term depending on situations. We also work with a fantastic avian vet. The cost of caring for the birds is expensive leaving the rescue to provide vet care, food, toys, cages, play stands etc. out of our own pocket We welcome all supporters to help us out in caring for our feathered friends here at Kiki's.​
