We go to places where most cannot. Our outreach touches the lives of those who are usually forgotten. We offer tools with care to find that empowerment against all odds. We teach yoga to kids in difficult situations and young teens at risk who are struggling to find the meaning of self care. Our non profit brings yoga and meditation to those who are in desperate need of that internal boost of confidence and love.
