IMPSS Ltd is a dedicated, volunteer-based Registered Business committed to supporting Families of Missing Indigenous Persons with Compassion, Integrity, Professionalism & Respect.

Our Team consists of 19 Volunteers, that are based around Australia, bringing together a diverse range of skills and experience.

Collectively, we hold well over 45 years of experience in missing persons cases.

Importantly, our Team also includes Family Members of Missing & Murdered Persons, ensuring that everything we do is grounded in genuine understanding, Empathy, and Cultural Respect.

We are proud to work in partnership with Cyberlutions, a highly respected Tasmania-based firm specialising in Intelligence, Investigations & Cybersecurity. Through this collaboration, and within our own Team, we have access to experienced Investigators, Certified Cadaver Dog Handlers, Forensic Specialists, and a wide network of both national and International support.

IMPSS Ltd operates with a clear and unwavering principle: we only engage in cases at the request of the Missing Person’s Family. This ensures that Families remain at the centre of all efforts and decisions.

Our support to Families is broad and tailored to their needs. No case is the same!

This includes:

- Raising public awareness.

- Assisting with Communication between Families and authorities such as Police and Coroners, etc.

- Coordinating and participating in physical searches.

- Providing ongoing emotional and practical support.

We are committed to ensuring that no Family feels alone, unheard, or overlooked during one of the most devastating times of their lives. While we recognise and respect the work of official agencies, we also acknowledge that cracks do exist within the system, and too many families are left feeling unsupported.

IMPSS Ltd exists to assist those who are in need of the support that are denied to many.

We operate entirely on a voluntary basis and make a firm and enduring promise: we will never charge Families for our services. We have never made $1 from anything we do.

Never have - Never will!

Our mission is simple - to stand beside Families of Missing Persons, to advocate, to support, and to act with integrity, compassion, and determination in the pursuit of answers.

IMPSS Ltd have located more than 20ppl so far. We assist Families of long & short term missing.

We encourage families to act fast, not wait 3mths like many suggest.
