For more than 45 years, Hope on Horseback has been changing lives through the powerful connection between people and horses. Founded in 1981, Hope on Horseback is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization serving children, adults, families, and community partners throughout Erie County and the surrounding region.

Located in Waterford, Pennsylvania, Hope on Horseback provides equine-assisted programs designed to improve the physical, emotional, cognitive, and social well-being of individuals facing disabilities, trauma, emotional challenges, and other barriers to personal growth.
