Helping Hands Horse Rescue and Equine Therapy,a 501-c-3, utilizes the intuitive and healing abilities of horses to heal children and adults who have suffered emotionally, mentally and physically so they can rise to their full potential. Our model using the horses for healing is recognized as a positive intervention in therapy and self discovery. We utilize horses (many of them rescues) in therapy sessions, helping those with mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, suicidal ideation, eating disorders, trauma, addictions and recovery.
