Headspace Chatswood is a free and confidential service where young people aged 12-25 and their families can access support for their mental health, physical and sexual health, drug and alcohol concerns and work and study needs.

Headspace provides early intervention and prevention psychological therapy for mild to moderate presentations. Our No-Wrong-Door approach ensures that even if headspace is not the right service for you, we will help you find the right service to help you. 

We are primarily located at Chatswood, but also have outpost locations at West Ryde and Hornsby, allowing us to help young people across the whole north shore region of Sydney.
