Gentlemen of Vision Rites of Passage Enterprises, Inc. is a nonprofit organization dedicated to empowering young men through structured rites of passage, character development, academic support, and workforce readiness programming. The organization was established to address gaps in mentorship, social-emotional development, and postsecondary preparation by providing consistent, culturally responsive, and evidence-informed services that guide participants toward responsible adulthood.

Gentlemen of Vision serves elementary, middle, and high school–aged youth, with a primary focus on young men from underserved communities who face academic, social, and economic barriers. Through a comprehensive model that integrates mentoring, leadership development, life skills instruction, academic enrichment, and career exploration, participants build the knowledge, confidence, and habits necessary to succeed in school, in the workforce, and in their communities.

Core program components include the C.A.M.P. model, which focuses on Counseling, Academics, Mentorship, and Programs. Services are delivered through weekly group sessions, small-group mentoring, one-on-one coaching, tutoring, college and career readiness workshops, and service-learning projects. The rites of passage framework emphasizes accountability, goal setting, positive identity development, healthy decision-making, and civic responsibility. Families and community partners are engaged throughout the process to reinforce learning and strengthen support systems.

In addition to programming for young men, Gentlemen of Vision offers a scholarship and enrichment component for high school girls that addresses etiquette, professionalism, talent development, and self-development. This initiative supports young women in building confidence, leadership skills, and postsecondary readiness while recognizing and investing in their academic and personal potential.

Since its inception, Gentlemen of Vision has demonstrated strong outcomes in school attendance, grade promotion, high school completion, and postsecondary placement. The organization maintains a long-term commitment to walking alongside participants beyond program completion, offering alumni support and ongoing guidance as young men and women transition into college, military service, apprenticeships, or the workforce.
