Genovation is a not-for-profit disability support organisation built from lived experience and driven by love, advocacy, and deep respect for people with disability and their families.

We support children, young people, and adults with complex disabilities to live meaningful, connected lives. Our work recognises that disability does not exist in isolation—it affects whole families across generations. When support is thoughtful, consistent, and genuinely person-centred, individuals thrive and families are strengthened.

Genovation was created to fill the gaps where systems often fall short. Led by parents of a young adult with complex disabilities, we walk alongside individuals who require high and complex supports, offering stability, dignity, and care that adapts as life changes. Our services are shaped around each person’s abilities, goals, and identity—not around convenience or compliance.

Through programs such as our Young Adult Enrichment Program (YAEP) and in-home supports, we create safe, nurturing environments where people can build independence, confidence, friendships, and a sense of belonging. We focus on purposeful, everyday experiences that foster growth, joy, and genuine inclusion within the community.

Support from community-driven platforms like MyGivingCircle enables small, values-led charities like Genovation to remain sustainable and continue delivering life-changing support to people who rely on us every day.
