Eliana's Light supports the whole health, well-being, and quality of life of MD, DC, and VA families that include children who have medical complexity. We provide critical emotional, financial, and educational support to family members while we connect their caregivers to additional resources. We also advocate for whole health approaches to care in pediatrics and regularly organize volunteer programs that build community and connection while raising awareness on these families and whole health care.We’re filling gaps in our nation's support systems and working collaboratively through our unique “C.A.R.E” model with medical centers, health care providers, housing assistance, and other specialists to co-create with families "Constellations of Care". We hope to deepen our model within the Washington, DC, Maryland, and Virginia region and also scale it nationally.
