EDON Place provides a holistic approach to people affected by domestic and family violence with the necessary support and resources to alleviate poverty, distress, homelessness and ill-health to break the cycle of domestic and family violence. We are a not-for-profit community based organisation providing specialist domestic and family violence support services in the Bundaberg and North Burnett regions. Established in 1978, EDON Place offers a wide range of programs to families affected by domestic and family violence. We provide quality, short-term crisis accommodation, assistance and support to women and children escaping domestic and family violence. ​ EDON Place strives to continue to improve responses to domestic and family violence as we work toward achieving our goal of ending domestic and family violence.
