About us
Dogwatch Sanctuary Trust has been rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming dogs in need since 1982. We take in dogs who have been impounded, abandoned or surrendered to District Pounds in Christchurch, Selwyn, Ashburton and Waimakariri. Dogwatch staff and a dedicated team of volunteers care for the dogs while they are in our care, before they find their loving forever home.
