Doberman Underground rescue is a foster based rescue with volunteers and adopters in Ohio,WV,PA,MI,KY and IN. Our goal is to not only rescue but educate the public on the behavior, health and physical needs of the breed. Over the years we have grown our rescue to "Leave no dog behind" and have been apart of unchaining dogs, working in rural areas to take in puppies that we pay to have the mom's spayed, and taking in dog's with extensive medical problems. We established our Phoenix fund for those dogs that come to us with long term medical requirements, where these dogs would not have had the ability to move on to permanent homes. With the Phoenix fund we are able to give them a forever family while offering continued assistance for the medical requirements pertaining to their long term needs.
