The mission of Community Helping Place is to address with care and compassion, the needs of the people of Lumpkin County by delivering services that strengthen and transform lives. Community Helping Place is the largest social services organization in our county, serving one in five local residents by providing food, a free clinic (medical, dental and mental health), financial assistance, transportation, advocacy, humane housing support and intensive case management.
