Cockatoo Ranch is a in-house rescue/sanctuary that currently has 30 residents. We do things a bit different here from quite a few rescues, as we believe they deserve to be able to have friendships, as they would in the wild, so we flock them if they desire it, we provide them with large outdoor aviaries in the summertime, as well as offering different ways to communicate, stay mentally stimulated, etc., in the winter time. We take on quite a few tough medical cases, so birds come from all over the country. Any donation you make is spent directly to help with the care and enrichment for these beautiful birds.
