Cherish Riding Association is dedicated to youth mentoring and equestrian education at no charge to families of Sarpy and Cass county. Cherish provides youth with opportunities to become positive, productive, responsible individuals and leaders through a blend of equestrian, social, and civic activities. Cherish is free to all with the exchange of volunteer hours.  In addition to horsemanship, the riders are responsible for the care, feeding, as well as maintaining the pasture and corral areas. Through the process of caring for the horses our members learn to work together as a team, and develop important life skills such as decision making, communicating and problem solving.

Cherish is providing a family activity that focuses on being together, celebrating wins, being outside getting exercise, and strengthening the bond of families that so often is lost to technology and the distractions of day to day life. You can learn more at their website or on Facebook.
