Challenging Perceptions is a registered charity, we provided services for Children and Young People with mental health, Learning Disabilities and Autism needs. The services we offer are. •Strategic Work with local authority & NHS – we are on strategic local authority and NHS boards feeding back information from our service users and fighting to get the correct provision. •Youth well-being peer support group – for 6 – 16 year-olds. •SEND parent and toddler group – a group to support under 5s at all stages of diagnosis. •Well-being drop-ins – 3 times a week and allows CYP to drop in for information advice and guidance when needed. •Befriending •Advocacy. •School pencil cases – for those CYP who can’t afford them. •Service User Forum. •Winter warm packs •Sensory Room accessible at an affordable cost. •Sensory toy shop •Well-being pack for school holidays
