About us
Companion Animal Placement Assistance (CAPA) is an all-volunteer non-profit organization that has been partnering with Santa Barbara County to save lives through Lompoc animal shelter adoption since 1987. Our mission is to provide the best care for the animals at the Santa Barbara County Animal Services, including those at the Lompoc Animal Shelter.
