The BRIDGES Society is a rural Alberta mental health support and promotion agency. Our programs reduce isolation and loneliness, connect people resources in the community, educate the community about best practices for mental wellness, and foster healthy relationships and living practices. In our drop-in centre, clients can find outreach & referrals, peer support, social arts and recreation program activities and a community meal program with "family table style" hot lunches twice a week. Our activities are free and accessible for all.
