Break Barriers Foundation is a federally approved 501(c)(3) foundation with the simple yet powerful mission of making housing affordable for everyone!

Our primary goal is to raise cash with your help so that we can use it to acquire real estate properties throughout the United States, turn these properties into homes and rent them out to our underserved neighbors at below-market rents. We ensure all our properties are rehabbed and turn-key status that are move-in ready and very affordable for our key demographic groups. One property at a time, we aim to put a roof over everyone's head!We are also extremely excited to partner with LA General Medical Center (LAC+USC) Pediatric Department for an Annual Holiday Toy Drive! We raise funds and donate new toys so that no child wakes up Christmas morning without a gift to unwrap. We aim to spread much-needed joy and cheer by bringing a smile to a child's face during their time of need.
