Beaumont Pets Alive has been saving the lives of the animals with no voice since 2018 and we have saved over 4000 so far, with many more left to save. We are a 501c3 non-profit that runs entirely on donations from the public, meaning the more we have, the more lives we can save. Our goal is to make all of Southeast Texas a "No-Kill" Community. We are guided by the One Health, a project combining "the collaborative efforts of multiple disciplines working locally, nationally, and globally, to attain optimal health for people, animals, and our environment", as defined by the One Health Initiative Task Force. It is an approach that recognizes that the health of people is closely connected to the health of animals and our shared environment.
Beaumont Pets Alive regularly pulls animals from local municipal shelter euthansia lists, provides sterilization, testing, vaccinations and medically treats and other issues, from parasites to upper respiratory infections, then proceeds to find these animals homes.
