The Clear View School & Day Treatment Center gives children affected by mental illness and emotional disabilities the opportunity to learn, grow and succeed in school as well as in life. For more than 57 years, the Clear View School, under the auspices of the Association for Mentally Ill Children of Westchester, has set the standard for providing a comprehensive, integrated academic and therapeutic program.

The school is designed as a treatment milieu which allows students to live at home with their families, avoiding isolation from the community, its resources and social benefits. Family members receive services so that they may better understand and prepare their children for future success. Clear View promotes tailored and intense interventions leading to reintroduction into community life as a public school student, a student ready for higher education or a young adult prepared to enter the workforce.
