All- Africa Conference: Sister to Sister ( AACSS)is a nonprofit organization focused on the empowerment of religious women in sub-Saharan Africa to be leaders of change and development in their countries. With US religious sisters, associates and African religious, we strive to model the power of collaboration for the common good and our own growth as members of a Global Sisterhood.

Since 2002, AACSS has supported women religious in Africa through conferences, workshops and academic programs where they gain skills as well as having the opportunity to collaborate across congregations and countries to address societal issues together. Our current focus is on three main areas: Leadership Training, addressing the Mental Health Issues in their countries and communities and enhancing technology access for ongoing professional training and community organization.
