This means we support people with mental health conditions, neurodevelopmental disorders, physical disability, life-threatening or life-limiting illnesses and life-changing conditions.

Our activity programmes include nature connection and nature contact and clinical-based integration such as Cognitive Behavioural Therapy, Dialectal Behavioural Therapy, Occupational Therapy and Psychotherapy.

We strengthen reliance, improve vitality and self-esteem, provide a sense of accomplishment, help people who are isolated to forge friendships and create special memories for families.
