Activate Action is a youth-led grassroots organization based in Homa Bay, Kenya. We work with young people, especially adolescent girls and young women, those living with HIV, and individuals with disabilities to address critical challenges in sexual and reproductive health, mental wellness, HIV prevention, and economic empowerment through community-driven, inclusive programs
