Action Education is Aotearoa’s leading Youth Development organisation who use Spoken Word poetry to facilitate life changing experiences. Our kaupapa is to strengthen identity and develop self-esteem through creative self-expression. Our Vision is to “Enable young people to express their authenticity while growing a vibrant community that supports them”. Our programmes are a celebration of culture! Working with our priority groups, we use a youth development, strength based, equity approach, recognising the innate mana of each individual and community.
