Acorn Community Development seeks to provide practical community support. Our main project is The Acorn Cafe which is a Social Enterprise cafe seeking to provide work experience for long term unemployed, parents returning to the workforce and school age youth. As well as this, the cafe will seek to be a safe place for the local community, to provide a sense of belonging and purpose. We need donations to finish off the project and get the doors open!
