3RPC 99.3 FM is Portland and the Glenelg Shire’s community radio station, proudly broadcasting the Sounds of the Southwest.

For more than four decades, 3RPC has provided a local voice for our community — connecting people, sharing local stories, promoting community organisations and events, supporting local musicians and businesses, and giving volunteers the opportunity to learn, create and be heard.

From music and interviews to local information, community announcements, specialist programs and live broadcasts, 3RPC reflects the people and character of our region. Our programming brings together a diverse range of voices, interests and generations, with volunteers at the heart of everything we do.

3RPC is more than a radio frequency. We are a community platform. We provide a place where local people can tell their stories, local organisations can reach their community, emerging presenters can develop their skills, and local artists and musicians can find an audience.
