WORK's mission is to accompany families in Haiti and beyond out of poverty through good, dignified jobs. We accompany families out of poverty through dignified work, and for good. We start by asking them where their greatest needs lie, and we address these challenges by co-designing solutions. Together, we remove barriers that stand in their way to success and finally, we invest in work for our families that provides a living income. Oftentimes, this is in the format of micro and small businesses that address needs in their communities, eliminating food deserts, enabling access to low-cost transportation and clean energy, and more. It also includes a growing number of small and mid-size recycling centers.

What we're most proud of is that each income opportunity is dictated by our families, owned, and operated long term by them.
