Samaritan Community Center serves the hurting and hungry of Northwest Arkansas with dignity and compassion. Understanding the difficult challenges our families face, our programs focus on building relationships and providing wraparound services led by our Care team to identify and overcome barriers to sustainability and stability. We are an organization centered on providing mercy and grace to those we serve as we walk alongside them on their life journey. Our vision is that all who enter our doors will find Hope and experience positive life change. 

Our programs (and the numbers served in 2005) include:

Samaritan Market: Provided groceries to 81,676 persons

Samaritan Cafe: Served 82,547 meals

Samaritan Farm: Harvested 29,003 pound of fresh produce for distribution through Samaritan Markets

SnackPacks for Kids: Provided weekly bags of food to 5400 school children (total of 196,690 snackpacks)

Samaritan Dental: Provided $585,300 in charitable dental services through 1,560 patient appointments

Samaritan Counseling: Provided $117,600 in charitable counseling services through 672 sessions

Samaritan Care: Assisted 3,993 families with social services

BackPacks for Kids: Distributed 4,000 backpacks filled with school supplies

Volunteer Service: Blessed to have 37,291 hours of volunteer service!
