We address the causes and sypmtoms of rural isolation and loneliness throughout Suffolk by visiting rural locations and holding events that act as a catalyst for people to talk with one another in a friendly and non-threatening atmosphere fostering community spirit and to provide access to services to individuals and communities, helping them to maintain a good quality of life.
