At Regatta Point Community Sailing, we believe that access to the water should never depend on age, ability, or means. For over 65 years, we've created opportunities for thousands of kids in the greater Worcester area to experience the joy and personal growth that comes from boating—whether through sailing, kayaking, or rowing.

Our programs do more than teach water skills. They build confidence in youth, foster independence in people with disabilities, and offer healing experiences for veterans. We provide scholarships for families facing financial hardship and create leadership pathways through internships and youth employment. Through partnerships with local schools and community organizations, we open doors to STEM careers and a lifelong connection to the water.
