Peace Winds America works in alliance with our sister organizations, Peace Winds Japan and Peace Winds Korea, to respond to disasters and humanitarian crises around the world. Programs provide emergency relief to those affected by disasters, humanitarian assistance for refugees and displaced peoples, and community-building support for the world’s most vulnerable people. 

Every donation helps us respond quickly in times of need and commit to long-term support as communities rebuild. Programs range from emergency food, supplies, and medical care to ensuring access to safe water, sanitation, and hygiene services to building safe, accessible shelters. Peace Winds works in 30+ countries around the globe. Responses include:

• Emergency aid for Gaza, including food, clean water, and essential supplies
• Support for hospitals and schools, psychosocial care, and distribution of essentials in Ukraine and Moldova
• Disaster preparedness, emergency relief, and long-term recovery in Japan, including for those affected by the 2024 New Year's Day Noto Peninsula earthquake
• Primary and maternal healthcare services for Sudanese refugees and others in South Sudan
• Earthquake relief and recovery in central Myanmar
