About us
PAWS Care and Rescue UK are a fully registered UK Charity working with the island of Mauritius to help alleviate the suffering and cruelty suffered by the hundreds of thousands of stray animals on the island.
We raise funds to help with sterilisation campaigns, vaccination and treatment of the sick and injured animals.
We also find adopters and fosters in the UK for some of the stray dogs on the island that would have no chance of finding homes.
We are in monthly talks with the Government Institution on the island to improve the lives and welfare of their animals.
