We are Northumberland Dog Rescue, an established dog charity dedicated to rescuing, rehabilitating and rehoming dogs in our local area. We work closely with local authorities, local veterinary practices, and neighbouring dog welfare organisations.We are primarily volunteer based and are very fortunate to have such a dedicated team. They always go the extra mile for every dog in our care and love each and every one of them like their own. As well as our kennel volunteers, we have our fantastic fundraisers and fosterers- not forgetting our fabulous staff!We have successfully rehomed hundreds of dogs who are now living their best lives in their new homes. We do not operate a 'get them in, get them out' policy, we want our dogs to find a home for life. We have a robust adoption process to ensure this. We also offer extensive post adoption support and full rescue back up for life- we are always here for our adopters, regardless of time passed.We have some exciting projects in the pipeline, so watch this space over the coming months to see how you can get involved!
