K-9 Elite Rescue is located in Tigard, a suburb of Portland, Oregon and helps rescue, care and provide sanctuary for dogs that have been rescued from kill shelters or surrendered to the rescue until a permanent, loving home can be found for them.

At K-9 Elite Rescue we believe that a dog saved is a family made.
