Support us as we make an impact on the crisis of homelessness. Just Initiative is a grassroots non-profit operating in the heart of Tampa, Florida. We bring together people from all backgrounds, economic statuses and racial identities to form community. This community then comes togethere to fight the evils of poverty in our own lives and in each other's lives. One of our top priorities is housing.  In 2024, we saw 63 adults and children in our community exit homelessness into their own stable housing.  We host weekly dinners where we all share a meal and what is going on in our lives, share our goals and motivate each other towards acheiving goals. We provide life skill classes. We value and encourage education. We run a Free Boutique providing clothes, shoes and aaccessories free to anyone who needs them. Another large aspect of Just Initiative is our children's programming where we focus on social and emotional skills. The children in our program are finding community with each other and trusted adults and on their own journey towards ending poverty for generations to come.
