The Mission of Hope for Homeless Cats, Inc. is to provide caretaking services to community cat colonies in the Baltimore, MD area, to include but not limited to:
1. TNR (trap neuter return), which reduces the number of unwanted cats born in the wild
2. Providing lifelong care to feral cats, thereby improving their quality of life and,
3. Placing friendly strays into loving, forever homes and /or rescue groups who manage adoption clinics.
