Heartstone is a sanctuary for mostly farmed animals in the North West of Ireland. It is the only vegan organic sanctuary in the world, and putting a strong emphasis on a holistic concept of peaceful co-existence with nature and wildlife with human, animal and earth rights at its heart, and strong intentions to extend our core activities into rewilding and education about vegan organic food growing to increase everyone's chances at survival. Heartstone urgently needs to relocate due to climate breakdown and funds are desperately needed to make this possible and save Heartstone and its current and future residents.
