Hanaeleh is a non-profit horse rescue in Orange County. We rescue and rehabilitate horses who are in need and who are in danger of being sent to slaughter. We monitor an extensive network to help place horses in new homes, and to educate the public about advocacy issues. Our primary goal is to end horse slaughter, but we also work to help promote equine advocacy issues in order to help horses not only in our area, but everywhere in the world. Hanaeleh also hosts an Equine Assisted Coaching program to help military veterans work through personal issues, create personal goals, or help transition back into civilian life.
