At Four Paws Animal Foundation, we believe that pets are not just animals; they are our four-legged family members who deserve love, care, and a safe home. Since our inception in 1997, we have been an all-volunteer organization licensed by the Illinois Department of Agriculture as a shelter and proudly holding a 501(c)3 status.  

Our mission is to rescue felines from animal control, particularly those with medical issues, and provide them with the necessary medical treatment they require. We strive to give these cats a second chance at life by preparing them for future adoption. For some, we provide hospice care, ensuring they live their remaining days surrounded by love and comfort.
