Fesser and Friends is an American-based 501(c)(3) non-profit organization with the mission to end the cycle of child soldier and sex worker recruitment in the Democratic Republic of the Congo. Our focus is to ensure the safety, psychological and physical well-being of children affected by indiscriminate violence in Eastern DRC.We operate an award winning and internationally accredited orphanage in the war-torn city of Beni and are weeks away from opening the first Child Soldier Demobilization Center in the province of Nord-Kivu, the center of all conflict in central Africa. We have reunited over 75 families with their missing children and are only getting started.
