Emerald Hollow Therapeutic Riding Center is a Cape Cod nonprofit dedicated to partnering humans with horses to promote well-being.

We provide equine-assisted services for children and adults with disabilities, as well as veterans and first responders. Through adaptive riding, groundwork, and equine-assisted learning, participants build physical strength, improve balance and coordination, and develop confidence, emotional regulation, and connection.

Our work is rooted in the unique ability of horses to respond honestly and without judgment. This creates an environment where individuals can engage, build trust, and experience meaningful progress, often in ways that traditional settings cannot replicate.

Programs are intentionally small and individualized, allowing each participant to be met where they are and supported safely and effectively. We are also committed to accessibility, including offering our Equus Effect program at no cost to veterans and first responders.

As a community-based organization, Emerald Hollow delivers measurable impact through consistent, relationship-centered programming, where growth is experienced both in the moment and carried forward into daily life.
