The Belmont County Animal Rescue League is Belmont County's ONLY nonprofit dedicated solely to dealing with abused and neglected animals. It takes a village to save our animals. No matter what you have to give, we're always looking for individuals and organizations that want to help. We are not primarily an animal shelter, but we do provide a safe place for our rescued animals to recover before finding them a home that will give them the love and support they deserve.
