Anna’s Angels Dog Rescue (AADR) is a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue and welfare organization serving Hardin, Jefferson, and surrounding counties in Southeast Texas. Our mission is to provide care, comfort, and compassion to animals in need while engaging the hearts and minds of our community to bring about an end to unnecessary euthanasia. ​

Our volunteers work to save at-risk, abandoned, and homeless animals. Our goal is to prevent animals from entering shelters, and for those that do, get them out alive. We provide temporary shelter, spay and neuter, and other medical services for the homeless and neglected companion animals. We care for, protect, and find quality homes for our beloved animals. We advocate animal welfare, community involvement, and education to further the bond between people and animals.
