Wild Hearts is an animal nonprofit dedicated to helping mobility impaired pets receive the essential equipment, supplies and care they need to thrive, while providing resources and support to the humans that love them! We alleviate the financial constraints often associated with pets with mobility impairments by covering the cost of veterinary specialty visits, incontinence supplies, rehabilitation, and assistive devices. We help both pet owners as well as the rescue community keep their pets happy and healthy through consistent support and education. We aim to prevent the needless surrender and euthanization of mobility impaired pets and help organizations rescue more overlooked animals from high kill shelters. We also strive to raise awareness, promote adoption, and provide educational resources to assist families caring for mobility impaired pets. Our target population includes underserved, low-income pet owners, rescues, fosters, and pet care professionals caring for a mobility impaired pet.
