TRK Care is a nonprofit children's charity located in Knoxfield, Melbourne, dedicated to supporting kids' mental health and wellbeing. Our primary initiative involves providing specially curated Mental Health Wellbeing Packs to children through Australian foster agencies. These packs are designed to nurture emotional intelligence, resilience, and kindness—essential tools for navigating life's challenges.Each Mental Health Wellbeing Pack includes directed journals, gratitude journals, positive affirmation cards, managing emotions cards, and positive affirmation stationary. The focus throughout is on fostering a growth mindset, encouraging children to develop positive habits and perspectives from a young age.Our mission extends beyond immediate support; we aim to instill lasting habits that promote overall wellbeing. By establishing routines around healthy eating, adequate sleep, and regular exercise, we help children lay the foundation for a healthy lifestyle. Moreover, the inclusion of gratitude practices and mindfulness techniques in our packs aims to enhance mental clarity and emotional stability.
