We support Men's Mental Health and Suicide Prevention in the Shoalhaven and Illawarra since 2021. We operate an office space in Bomaderry NSW 2541 where Men can drop in for a yarn and a cuppa. We also offer hot meals and provide those clients in need with a weeks worth of ready to eat meals and some grocery staples. We would ideally like to offer more services, such as community day events and wellness retreats. Our aim is to start the conversation around mental health and that its ok not to be ok.
