Running Start helps young women uncover their political potential, and we do so in a politically inclusive way because we believe that connecting across differences builds strong democracies. At Running Start, young women overcome the cultural and societal barriers that tell them they can’t be leaders. Our programs (for young women aged 13-25) foster the confidence, capabilities and connections needed to run for office, win and serve.
