Community development is conducted with end user input providing a viable and affordable solution for those in need of housing. We provide real, measurable and tangible results. We are a Charity organisation registered with The Australian Charities and Not-for-profits Commission (ACNC), the national regulator of charities.

Mission.

Our mission as a charity is to help the people of Queensland through various housing initiatives and projects

Our primary goal is to help those who do not have secure housing by providing short and long term solutions

Our secondary goal is to assist those who are unable to gain finance through current commercially available means e.g. banks, however do have secure income and good rental payment history

Constitutional Objects.

Operating a short-term accommodation for homeless people so that they don’t have to sleep on the street

Providing long term, stable, safe and secure accommodation for the general population that cannot secure accommodation through available commercial means.

Operating residential facilities for elderly people who are able to care for themselves. Providing activities to the residents in the residential care facilities to promote their physical and mental health.
