Perinatal Wellbeing centre is a not-for-profit community organisation funded by ACT Health and donations to provide an early intervention service to mums and families suffering from perinatal depression and anxiety. Perinatal Wellbeing Centre offers support, information and referral to almost 300 mothers and families a year through: • Support groups • Telephone Support • Playgroup • Dads Information Nights • Outreach to Child and Family Centres Clients overwhelmingly value the supportive, safe, non-judgmental environment provided. “Thank you so much.
